Nic’s executive clients really resonate and value her experience as a leader, facilitator and negotiator of complex projects.
Nic loves quality sodas, poetry, real tea, food grown in her own garden, wild swimming and her chickens.
Coaching:
Direct, Compassionate, Reflective
Nic’s strength is providing accepting and considerate spaces where new perspectives and ways of thinking can be explored without judgement. Nic is insightful and skilled at spotting patterns and themes across behaviours and situations, helping to generate new insights. Nic also reports that, although a surprise to some clients, they have fun in coaching sessions!
Nic’s approach works well for those people who are reflective, curious and desire change.
The coaching exceeded my expectations and was perfect for what was going on workwise and personally. I was looking for answers and to work through things. I felt able to be very open, and said things I didn’t feel I’d say (I thought I would be more reserved and superficial).
“I felt reassured by Nic, who has a calm demeanour. I sit in rooms of people who can’t wait to talk over each other. I never felt like Nic was waiting for me to shut him and join in. She waited for me to stop, there was a pause, a space, it felt thoughtful, she was digesting what I said and working out the best thing to say in response.”
“It was easy to trust Nic very early on, and I felt I was in safe hands and she was focussed on helping me move this forward, hand holding, supporting me in the direction I was going in. I can’t praise Nic highly enough.”
