As with so much of what she does, it wasn’t planned and it’s developed in an organic way through ‘helping out for a couple of weeks’ to a digital marketing agency and now mentoring – with a particular interest in neurodiversity as she as ADHD and ASC herself.
Listed at one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in 2021 by the f:entrepreneur initiative, Jen was also shortlisted in the Heart of Gold category in the Small Business Small Awards in 2023.
She mentors her own clients and also mentors for Small Business Britain on their Small & Mighty and Small Business Saturday programmes – as well as continuing with some of her digital work.
Jen has 2 teenagers, is an inclusion advisor for GirlGuiding Hertfordshire, a Trustee of London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club and volunteers for St Albans Community Pantry

Style:
CURIOUS, COMPASSIONATE, HOPEFUL
Jen’s ability to think sideways and see things differently are what she’s known for.
She asks curious questions and helps her clients see that there are often many different routes to success – and that sometimes the path well worn isn’t the one for them.
She’s more than happy to ask the tough questions to help inspire people to be brave and optimisitic in everything they do.
