“I attended a fantastic training session on presentation skills lead by Chris. He’s passionate and dedicated and kept all participants highly motivated throughout the two day course. The carefully selected content, Chris’ engaging personality and attention to detail and the personalised feedback were very helpful indeed, thank you, Chris!”
“Chris has this unique style wherein he believes in providing the participants with dynamic feedback as the session progresses. His on the spot observations are simply amazing and were the major takeaway for me personally. I thank him for being an influential being for many with me in that pool.”
Coaching Style:
warm, challenging, direct
Chris is a positive and engaging pragmatist. He builds trust before using direct questions to achieve clarity for his clients. Personal ownership and responsibility are cornerstones of Chris’ approach which has helped leaders in start-ups and multinationals. Clients are asked to set their own SMART objectives which Chris then supports with encouragement and accountability until goals are met.
Chris works best with clients who enjoy tough questions and seek to take responsibility for their own success.
“Chris was able to direct my incoherent hopes for this new venture and swiftly create focus points for me to act on. He was able to quickly crystallise abstract ideas into succinct principles and create a passion for the project that I hadn’t quite tapped into myself. I am continuing to work with Chris as my business coach and I know that his steady hand will be essential in guiding me and the project successfully forward.”
